1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Elexirs LLC ("Elexirs," "we," "us," or "our"), the company that operates core4relief.com and get.core4relief.com (together, the "Site") and sells products under the brand names Sciatica Engineering and CORE4 Protocol.

By visiting the Site, creating a member account, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us or to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Our Products

We currently offer the following products and add-ons through the Site. Availability, features, and pricing may change over time.

Product descriptions are provided for general information. While we work to keep descriptions accurate, we do not guarantee that every description, image, or piece of content is complete, current, or error-free.

• CORE4 Protocol: a digital educational program consisting of videos and PDF materials. It is delivered instantly by email and through online member access. No physical items are shipped.
• Sciaticore Dual-Stack: a physical dietary supplement product that is shipped to you. It is available as a one-time purchase or as a recurring subscription that renews every 4 or 12 weeks.
• Package Pirates Protection: an optional add-on for physical orders that covers replacement of an order that is lost or stolen in transit.
• Back for Life Premium Protection: an optional add-on subscription that begins with a 60-day free trial and is billed on a recurring basis after the trial unless cancelled.

3. Digital Delivery and Member Access (CORE4 Protocol)

When you purchase the CORE4 Protocol, we will send access details to the email address you provide at checkout and make the program available through online member access. Access is typically provided immediately after your payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your access details, check your spam folder first, then contact us at reece@elexirs.com.

Your member access is personal to you. You agree to keep your login details confidential, not to share your access with others, and to notify us promptly if you believe your access has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your access.

We may suspend or terminate member access if you violate these Terms, including by sharing or redistributing program content. We may also update, revise, or replace program content from time to time to keep it current.

4. Physical Products and Shipping (Sciaticore Dual-Stack)

Physical products ship from the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days after shipment. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

We will email you tracking information when your order ships. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, and reshipment in that situation may incur additional charges.

If a package is lost or stolen in transit and you purchased Package Pirates Protection with that order, we will replace the order at no additional cost. If you did not purchase Package Pirates Protection, we will review lost or stolen package claims on a case-by-case basis. 5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and offers may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders you have already placed and paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our own systems. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and you authorize us and Stripe to charge the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may cancel or suspend your order or your access until payment is received. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

6. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal, and Free Trials

Sciaticore Dual-Stack subscriptions renew automatically every 4 weeks or every 12 weeks, depending on the plan you select at checkout. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file at the then-current subscription price until you cancel.

Back for Life Premium Protection begins with a 60-day free trial. When the trial ends, your subscription will be billed automatically at the price disclosed at sign-up, and it will continue to renew on a recurring basis until you cancel. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

You may cancel any subscription at any time before the next renewal date by emailing reece@elexirs.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. It does not automatically refund a renewal that has already been charged; however, any renewal charge is covered by our 100-day money-back guarantee described below, so you may request a refund of a renewal charge under that guarantee.

By purchasing a subscription or starting a free trial, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these automatic renewal terms.

7. 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds

We stand behind our products with a 100-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 100 days of the purchase date by emailing reece@elexirs.com with your order details.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Subscription renewals that have already been charged are covered by the same 100-day guarantee.

8. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All content on the Site and in our products, including the CORE4 Protocol videos, PDFs, text, graphics, logos, product names, and program materials, is owned by or licensed to Elexirs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Sciatica Engineering and CORE4 Protocol are brand names of Elexirs LLC.

When you purchase the CORE4 Protocol, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, upload to any file-sharing service, or otherwise redistribute any part of the program content, and you may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Any unauthorized use ends your license and may result in termination of your access and legal action.

9. Health Disclaimer

The information provided on the Site and in our products, including the CORE4 Protocol, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, dietary supplement, or lifestyle change, and before making any decision about your health, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication.

Statements made about Sciaticore Dual-Stack and our other products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of any particular outcome.

If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse reaction while using our products, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Except for the 100-day money-back guarantee described above, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elexirs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elexirs LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Site, or your purchase are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at reece@elexirs.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases.

12. Changes to These Terms and How to Contact Us

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of our products after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes to subscription or renewal terms will not apply to a current billing period without notice to you.
