Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Elexirs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the seller behind the Sciatica Engineering and CORE4 Protocol brands, through core4relief.com and get.core4relief.com. It covers the CORE4 Protocol digital program, the Sciaticore Dual-Stack supplement, Package Pirates Protection, and Back for Life Premium Protection.

We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. If a product is not right for you, you can request a full refund under the 100-day money-back guarantee described below.

Our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every purchase is covered by a 100-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund of the amount you paid within 100 days of the date of purchase. The 100-day period is counted from the date the charge was made to your payment method.

You do not need to give a reason, and you will not be asked to complete any steps other than sending us a refund request. Refunds are issued for the full purchase price of the item or charge in question.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at reece@elexirs.com. To help us locate your order quickly, please include the following details in your message:

• The name and email address used at checkout
• Your order number or the approximate date of purchase
• The product or charge you would like refunded
• The last four digits of the payment card, if you have multiple orders with us

Refund Timelines

Once we receive your request, we will confirm it by email and process the refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.

After a refund is issued, it typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Payments are processed by Stripe, and refunds are returned through the same system. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us at reece@elexirs.com and we will follow up.

Digital Products (CORE4 Protocol)

The CORE4 Protocol is a digital program made up of videos and PDFs. It is delivered instantly by email and through online member access after purchase, and nothing is physically shipped.

Because the program is digital, there is nothing to return. Your refund request is complete once you have emailed us. After a refund is issued, your access to the program materials may be closed. Refunds for the CORE4 Protocol are covered by the same 100-day guarantee as every other purchase.

Physical Products (Sciaticore Dual-Stack)

The Sciaticore Dual-Stack is a physical supplement that ships from the United States. Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to process, with delivery in 5 to 10 business days within the United States. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address you provided, we may not be able to recover it; if it is returned to us, we will contact you about reshipment as described in our Shipping Policy.

You do not need to return the product to receive a refund. Opened, partially used, or fully used bottles are all eligible under the 100-day guarantee.

If your order has not arrived, please check the tracking link in your shipping email first, then contact us so we can help.

Subscriptions and Renewals

The Sciaticore Dual-Stack can be purchased as a one-time order or as a recurring subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically every 4 weeks or every 12 weeks, depending on the plan you selected at checkout, and each renewal is charged to the payment method on file.

You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date by emailing reece@elexirs.com. Cancelling stops all future renewals. It does not automatically refund charges that have already been made.

Any renewal that has already been charged is covered by the same 100-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel and also want a refund of a recent renewal, let us know in the same email and we will refund any renewal charge made within the past 100 days.

Optional Add-Ons and Trials

Package Pirates Protection is an optional add-on for physical orders. If it was purchased with your order and the package is lost or stolen in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us at reece@elexirs.com with your order details and we will arrange it. If Package Pirates Protection was not purchased, we will still review lost or stolen packages case by case and do our best to help. The add-on itself is covered by the same 100-day money-back guarantee.

Back for Life Premium Protection is an optional add-on subscription that begins with a 60-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid any charge. If you keep the subscription, it renews at the rate shown at checkout. Renewals that have been charged are covered by the 100-day guarantee, and you can cancel at any time by emailing us.

Exclusions and Limits

We keep exclusions to a minimum. The following situations are not covered by the 100-day guarantee:

• Refund requests made more than 100 days after the date of the specific charge in question
• A request to refund the same order or charge more than once

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at reece@elexirs.com before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. In most cases we can resolve the issue faster and more simply by refunding you directly.
