Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy describes how Elexirs LLC ("Elexirs", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit core4relief.com and get.core4relief.com, or when you purchase or use our products. We operate under the brand names Sciatica Engineering and CORE4 Protocol.
This policy applies to our website, our checkout pages, our email communications, and the products we sell, including the CORE4 Protocol digital program, the Sciaticore Dual-Stack supplement, Package Pirates Protection, and Back for Life Premium Protection. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or make a purchase.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information generated when you place an order, and information collected automatically from your device when you use the site.
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and, for physical products, your shipping and billing address.
- Order details: the products you purchase, order dates and amounts, subscription status and renewal dates, add-ons selected (such as Package Pirates Protection or Back for Life Premium Protection), refund and cancellation requests, and your order history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your card number, expiration date, and security code directly. We never receive or store your full card number. We retain only limited payment details, such as the card brand, the last four digits, the transaction amount, and a Stripe transaction reference.
- Support communications: the contents of emails and messages you send to us, and our replies.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen size, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and how you interact with page elements. Some of this data is collected through session replay technology described in the Cookies section below.
- Cookies and attribution data: cookie identifiers, campaign parameters attached to the link you used to reach our site (such as utm parameters and the fbclid parameter), and similar tracking data used to understand which advertising or marketing brought you to us.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To process and fulfill your orders, including delivering digital access to the CORE4 Protocol by email and online member access, shipping physical products such as the Sciaticore Dual-Stack, and managing subscription renewals and add-ons.
- To send transactional emails, such as order confirmations, receipts, access instructions, shipping and tracking notifications, subscription renewal notices, and responses to your requests.
- To provide customer support, including handling questions, refund requests under our 100-day money-back guarantee, subscription cancellations, and lost or stolen package claims.
- To send marketing emails about our products, content, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing reece@elexirs.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails required to service your order.
- To analyze how visitors use our site so that we can fix problems, improve page design, and improve our products and content.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, including reporting purchases and other site events to Meta so we can understand which advertisements led to a sale and improve the relevance of the advertising you see.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
Payments
All payments on our site are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you enter your card details at checkout, that information is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We do not receive, process, or store your full card number or security code on our own systems.
For recurring purchases, such as a Sciaticore Dual-Stack subscription that renews every 4 or 12 weeks, or the Back for Life Premium Protection subscription following its 60-day free trial, Stripe securely stores your payment method so that renewals can be charged automatically. You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal by emailing reece@elexirs.com. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited event and identifier data with Meta for advertising measurement and audience building as described below, and you can limit this as described in the Cookies section. Otherwise, we share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their services. Our current service providers are:
- Stripe: payment processing, subscription billing, and refunds.
- Vercel: hosting of our website and the server infrastructure that receives and processes your orders.
- Resend: delivery of transactional emails, such as order confirmations and access instructions.
- Klaviyo: management of our email list and delivery of marketing emails.
- ClickUp: internal order notifications so our team can review and fulfill orders.
- PostHog: product analytics, including session replay, so we can understand how visitors use the site.
- Microsoft Clarity: website usage analytics, including heatmaps and session recordings.
- Meta (Facebook): advertising measurement and audience building through the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. When you make a purchase or take certain actions on our site, site events such as page views and purchases (including the event type, time, and order value), together with limited contact identifiers, may be sent to Meta so that Meta can match the event to an advertisement.
- Shipping carriers: for physical products, we share your name, shipping address, and, where required, phone number or email with the carrier that delivers your package.
Other Disclosures
In addition to the service providers listed above, we may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; when necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of our customers or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the acquiring party will be bound by this policy with respect to the information transferred.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies on our site. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that allow a website to recognize your browser and remember information. We use these technologies for the following purposes and tools:
- Essential operation: cookies and local storage that keep the site working, remember your checkout progress, and protect against fraud.
- Attribution: we store campaign parameters from the link you clicked to reach our site (including utm parameters and the fbclid parameter) so we can attribute your visit and any purchase to the correct advertising source.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API: a Meta tracking pixel runs on our pages and records page views and purchase-related events. Matching events are also sent from our server to Meta through the Conversions API. Meta may use this data to measure advertising and to show you relevant advertisements on Meta's platforms. You can learn more and adjust your advertising preferences in your Meta account settings.
- PostHog: records page views, clicks, and other interactions, and may record session replays that reconstruct how you moved through a page. PostHog is configured to mask sensitive form fields.
- Microsoft Clarity: records website usage patterns, heatmaps, and session recordings to help us understand how visitors use the site.
- Klaviyo: may set cookies to recognize you when you return to the site from an email so that we can personalize communications and track email engagement.
- Vercel: may set cookies or collect standard server logs (such as IP address and request data) needed to serve and secure the site.
Managing Cookies
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the site, including checkout, may not function properly. You can also limit advertising tracking using the tools built into your browser or device, and by adjusting your advertising preferences in your Meta account. Blocking cookies does not remove data that was already collected; to request deletion of that data, contact us as described in the Your Rights section below.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. In general, this means:
- Order, billing, refund, and subscription records are retained for as long as needed to provide your products, honor our 100-day money-back guarantee, manage renewals, resolve disputes, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Account and member-access records for the CORE4 Protocol are retained for as long as your access remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Marketing email records are retained until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only the minimum information needed to honor your opt-out.
- Analytics, session replay, and advertising measurement data is retained according to the retention settings of each tool and is deleted or aggregated after that period.
- Support communications are retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and to maintain a record of our interactions.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. Regardless of location, we extend the following choices to all customers and visitors:
- Access: you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information, including updating your shipping or contact details.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your personal information. We may retain information that we are legally required to keep or that is needed to complete a transaction, process a refund, or defend legal claims.
- Marketing opt-out: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
- Advertising and analytics opt-out: you can limit cookies and advertising tracking as described in the Cookies section.
- Subscription cancellation: you can cancel any recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal by emailing us.

If you believe that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at reece@elexirs.com and we will delete that information promptly.
